Sammy is now ready to find her perfect home! She is quite the little plucker. Right after she was born, another animal got in their pen and bit her in several places. We took her to the vet to get her back sewed shut. She never acted like anything felt bad, and it healed nicely. When she was about 8 weeks, we started noticing a bump on the top of her head. We took her back to the vet and he removed a large tumor. We had him send it away to be tested and it turned out to be scar tissue from when she got bit. Wow, what a lot for one little pup to go through, but the most amazing thing about her is that she never slowed down for a second or acted like she didn't feel good (except for right after surgery when she was still coming out of anesthesia). As you can tell from the picture, it still has a scab on it that seems to be healing well. Anyways, we know that somebodies going to love her.
